Dear Customers,

I have been informed that, due to missing guidance from the U.S. Customs / US Postal services regarding tariffs, European postal services are temporarily suspending shipments to the United States. This suspension will remain in effect until further notice. 

This suspension will remain in effect until further notice. 

They are hopeful that the situation will be resolved soon. But they are not able to have an estimated timeline on which this will be resolved. It can take a couple of days, a week or weeks.

As a result of this suspension the following  applies for all US customers:

• All monthly subscriptions with upcoming August subscription box payments will be paused until shipping can resume.

• For existing open orders, you may choose to either cancel or have your order held until shipping resumes.
  I will reach out to all customers with open orders.

With almost all customers based in the United States, this unexpected suspension is a challenge for my small business. Please know that I am monitoring the situation closely and will resume shipping as soon as postal services allow.
