Where is Planything located?
Planything is located in the Netherlands (Europe).

When I want to log in to my account it says it does not recognize my email, while I ordered in the past, what to do?
Since January 29 Planything has a new website hosted on a new platform. Unfortunately I was not able to take all accounts & orders to the new platform. You need to create a new account. If you want information on previous orders please email me at amber@planythingbox.com

What are the payment options?
For subscriptions:
Credit card (but if you don't have a credit card please email me to amber@planthingbox.com so I can offer a solution)

Individual boxes & products in the webshop:
Credit card  & Paypal (but if you don't have a credit card or paypal please email me to amber@planthingbox.com so I can offer a solution)

How can I cancel my subscription?
Please send an email to amber@planythingbox.com if you want to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription after 2 months. Your cancellation needs to be received before the 1st of the month. For example, if you want to cancel your July box you have to e-mail us before July 1st. 

Can I change my billing details for my subscription?
Yes! You can change your billing information in you account.
Go to Account > Manage subscriptions > Billing information > Click button "Send update email"

If I am subscribed to the Planything box, do I have to buy the box separately every month?
When you signed up for the planner box you agreed to let us automatically charge your card. You will receive every box until you cancel the subscription. So you don’t need to do anything, just wait for every box to arrive.

If you purchased a single box you are not subscribed.

What are the shipping costs? 

The Netherlands:
Based on weight:
0 gr – 500gr : $ 5,00  (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 5kg : $ 7,00

Europe Union* & UK: 
Based on weight:
0 gr – 500gr : $ 7,50 (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 1kg : $ 10,00
1,1 kg  – 5 kg :  $ 13,00

USA & all other countries: 
Based on weight:
0gr - 100gr $6,99
101gr – 500gr : $ 9,99 (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 1000gr : $15,99
1001 gr – 2000 gr : $ 19,99
2001 gr – +5000 gr : $ 24,99

 * Countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

What is the estimated shipping time?
Estimated shipping time in the Netherlands: 1-3 workdays.
Estimated shipping time for countries in Europe is 1-2 weeks.
Estimated shipping time for the rest of the world 2-3,5 weeks.

But note due to Covid-19 shipping can take longer than normal.

With which company do you ship the boxes?
International boxes are shipped with Deutsche post / USPS / Fedex.
Boxes in the Netherlands are shipped with Postnl.

Do you ship the subscription boxes with tracking?
Yes, you receive tracking information to check where your order is.

Can I change my address?
Do you need to change the shipping address of your planner subscription? You can change it in your account in your subscription dashboard!  When you change it only in your "normal" account section the subscription box is still going to your old address. If you want to be sure it is changed to the correct address feel free to email me!

When wil the subscription box be shipped every month?
I am shipping out orders every Monday morning (from the Netherlands, so Europe time) Your order will be shipping out the first Monday after your payment is received!

Where can I find my subscription details?
You can find your subscription and details in your account. 

When will the subscription end?
The subscription and recurring payment do not stop automatically after a certain amount of time. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel after you have received 2 planner boxes. A subscription needs to be cancelled before the 1st of the next month. If you want to cancel your subscription please email to: amber@planythingbox.com

 

Return Policy
Single boxes can be returned. The box needs to be in the original state. Shipping costs are for the buyer. If you receive your order and you want to return it, send an email within 14 days to amber@planythingbox.com

It is not possible to return your box when you have a subscription.

Can I skip a month of my subscription?
It is not possible to skip a month in your subscription.
