Subscription policy and details

By subscribing for the Planything subscriptions you will start a monthly subscription and you agree and acknowledge that Planything will charge your card automatically each month with the amount of the subscription + shipping. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges. You are obliged to accept the payments until you cancel the subscription according to the cancellation policy set by Planything.

Subscription term
A new subscription term start every 15th of the month until the 14th of next month.

When am I charged for the subscription?
When you subscribe  you will automatically be charged the amount of the subscription + shipping. This will be charged  automatically again on the same date you subscribed for the next month. For example, you subscribed on May 16th for the May subscription, you will be charged on June 16th  again for the June subscription box.

Cancelation policy
When you subscribe to the Planything subscription you can cancel after 2 months in your Subscription Dashboard

Shipping couriers
The subscriptions are shipped with PostNL, Deutsche post/USPS or Fedex. 

Payments
To subscribe for the Planything subscriptions the payment options are Creditcard and Paypal.

Discount codes
No discount codes can be applied to subscription boxes

Change address
You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Make sure to change this in the Subscription Dashboard. You can find the subscription dashboard by clicking on the "Manage subscription" button on your "My Account" page. If you change your address only in your webshop account it does not changes automatically in your Subscription dashboard. Make sure to change the address before you are charged.

When the address is changed in your subscription dashboard after you are charged the package will go to your old address, unless it is not shipped yet. In that case contact Planything as soon as possible.

Planything is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. No refund can be provided.
